Mission Statement

At 3 & 1 Water Polo our main mission is to grow and develop the wonderful sport of water polo. We strive everyday to nurture, train, and educate the next generation of athlete’s, by fostering an environment founded in teamwork, respect, personal merits, and a team-first mentality. The sport of water polo teaches you many life skills and we are dedicated to developing champions in and out of the pool and fostering a love for the sport among our athletes.
